I’ve checked with Sharon Ferguson, Dept. of Commerce, who signed the Certificate of Service, and she verified that the first 13 pages of landowners were sent notice on February 9, 2015, and that the single page of “ADDITIONAL New Landowners,” page 18 lf the 19 page pdf are the ones receiving notice NOW.<\/p>\n
