Here’s something that sticks in my craw — GNTL is MISO project 3831, and note that as such it’s a lot different than the Application for this project — it’s more than the 250, 383 or 833 megawatts, try 1732 MVA, and it goes a lot further than from Manitoba just down to the Blackberry substation near Grand Rapids (click for larger version) (pdf version here MTEP14 Appendices AB)<\/a>:<\/p>\n
