Check out Appendix J &#8211; it&#8217;s from the EQB&#8217;s Exemption docket for Arrowhead-Weston! There&#8217;s the EQB Exemption, the ALJ&#8217;s Recommendation (from a 2 week hearing) and the TRANSCRIPT from the EQB meeting where we got the 800MVA limitation on the output of the Arrowhead substation into Wisconsin.
