The National Energy Board has completed and released their Reasons for Decision<\/a>\u00a0(PDF, 2.1 MB) recommending<\/span><\/strong> to the Governor in Council that a certificate should be issued for the Project.\u00a0It is available for your review.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
