It’s a Final Environmental Impact Statement kind of day today.\u00a0 The Great Northern Transmission Line FINAL EIS has been released by the Deptartment of Energy, which is in charge of the Presidential Permit and so they’re doing joint environmental review with the State of Minnesota.\u00a0 It’s out, released while I was on the road, and so here it is, a couple days late!<\/p>\n
